WebTDI-USA Holdings Corp. (“TDI-USA”) and Champlain Hudson Power Express, Inc. ("CHPEI"), the project entity. Upon closing of CHPEI's project financing and commencement of commercial operation of the Champlain Hudson Power Express transmission line: (1) Blackstone, through Sithe, will own 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of TDI-USA.
