It has turned the derelict Maynards toffee factory into high end office space, comprising 24 serviced offices aimed at high end creative businesses. In addition, the areas can be used as artistic spaces and the Toffee Factory Maynards was a British confectionery manufacturer best known for manufacturing wine gums. It was acquired by Cadbury in the 1990s, which in turn was acquired by Mondelez International (originally Kraft Foods) in 2010.
