A patient with LSCC fistula may complain of vertigo (25–100%), along with hearing loss (90%) and otorrhea (65%) [ 4, 5, 6, 7 ]. WebOne patient with a labyrinth fistula reported no dizziness. Intraoperative exploration showed that the membranous labyrinth was exposed, and lymphatic fluctuation was obvious in the fistula when the stapes foot plate was touched.
