WebOct 1, 2024 · Quickest way to normally clear if a VM gets stuck on stopping is to drain the host and reboot in a cluster or shutdown all other VM's and reboot the host otherwise. It has been fixed after rebooting the VM host. It is not cluster, single run host on Hyper-V. Thanks everyone for sharing ideas and solution.
