WebJul 14, 2010 · The atomizing air pressure should be about 15-20 psi. The fluid pressure should be as high as you can go and still have good film build control. If you can go to 50 psi air pressure on the pump (500 psi fluid pressure) you should eliminate most of the bubbles. A little slow solvent added to the coating should take care of what remains.
