If you are going to jump it off with a car, don't have the car running, it could overpower the electrical system, just hook it up and start it and remove the jumper cables immediately. If you can't might try flushing the starter button/switch with contact cleaner. Just below the button there is a square opening, put the tube in there and give it a good flushing while working the switch.

I can only guess. "Do not buy this. The gold wing charging system is not set up for lithium. This battery caught fire and melted inside the battery box.
