We also offer emotional support, complementary therapies and specialist lymphoedema care. All our services are delivered free of charge to those who need them. WebHospice at Home’s core and largest service is its nursing team which consists of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who are skilled in providing nursing care and support in the last year of life and at the end of life. Hospice at Home also has additional clinical services.
